My Job Information and Compensation History Pages

All employees will have access to a new “My Job Information” tile under the My Self Service menu. Employees will be able to view and verify various job information details such as employee ID, business title, manager/supervisor, department, and union. Prior to this change, job information was not readily available to employees and was not centrally located in one place in PeopleSoft. Employees can work with their local HR office if any information displayed is not correct, improving data accuracy and integrity.

The Compensation History page under the My Self Service > My Pay menu has been updated with a new look and feel, displaying information in a more user-friendly format. Employees will be able to view their own compensation information and use a variety of filter options such as salary frequency, time periods, actions and job titles.
